PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data collected by the site during your navigation is used to:
- fulfill the requests you have submitted, including specific pre-contractual activities that may be desired (for example, preparing a quote);
- verify the correct functioning of the site and for security reasons (e.g., blocking attempts to damage this site or other users, or any harmful or criminal activities);
- comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
These data are also used for commercial, advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes in a broad sense. They involve processing for:
- sending communications related to new product and service offers, of a commercial nature and/or commercial solicitation (newsletter) by the Controller;
- conducting sales activities of the Controller’s services;

a) TECHNICAL COOKIES

TYPE AND METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
Among the personal data we may process are, for example: name and surname, company name, place and date of birth or incorporation, residence or domicile address, tax code or VAT number, telephone contacts or email addresses. The data processed are all and only those strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above.
In particular, like all websites, this site also uses log files. These files store information, collected automatically during your navigation on the site, including for example:
- internet protocol (IP) address;
- type of browser and parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
- name of the internet service provider (ISP);
- date and time of visit;
- web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;
- possibly the number of clicks.
The aforementioned information is processed, also based on the legitimate interests of the controller, in an automated form and is collected in an exclusively aggregated form. They may be used for the so-called “profiling” activity. This activity consists of processing the personal data of the individual user to analyze their commercial preferences and obtain a profile as a consumer, in order to send them personalized commercial offers for products or services. This processing therefore involves sending commercial communications regarding products or services deemed consistent with the commercial profile of the individual user (for example, because similar to products or services already requested or purchased by them), for a time not exceeding that of the processing.
When you leave comments on the site or request specific services (e.g., sending a resume for a potential employment relationship), this site automatically detects some of your personal data, including the email address, which are recorded. In such cases, you expressly accept this notice, consenting that the aforementioned data and the content entered, which are used only and exclusively for the time strictly necessary to provide the requested service, are processed in accordance with it.
LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
The processing of your data is lawful only if one of the following conditions exists:

- the processing is necessary for the “execution of a contract or for the” execution of pre-contractual measures;
- the processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation;
- the processing is necessary for the protection of vital interests;
- the processing is necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the controller.
The user always has the right to obtain clarifications from the Controller on the legal basis of each processing and to request at any time, in particular, to no longer receive advertising communications.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
We retain your personal data only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, unless otherwise requested by the authorities or legal requirements. Once the retention period has ended, the data is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.
SPECIAL CATEGORIES OF PERSONAL DATA
In the “event that your personal data belonging to the special categories referred to in Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR and, as applicable, 26 and 27 of the Privacy Code (e.g., data revealing racial origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health status or life or” sexual orientation) should occasionally come into our possession, they will be processed only if strictly necessary for the purposes indicated above.
DATA PROVIDED BY YOU VIA EMAIL
The optional, explicit, and voluntary sending of emails to the addresses indicated on this site entails the acquisition of the sender’s email address necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

SOCIAL NETWORK PLUGINS
To facilitate the sharing of content on your favorite social networks, this site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons for social networks. They do not set any cookies when accessing the page, to safeguard your privacy. Cookies are set, if so provided by social networks, only when you make actual and voluntary use of the plugin.

Among the rights recognized to you by the GDPR are those to:

- delete personal data concerning you (upon the occurrence of one of the conditions indicated in art. 17, par. 1 of the GDPR and in compliance with the exceptions provided for in par. 3 of the same article);
- limit the processing of your personal data (upon the occurrence of one of the cases indicated in art. 18, par. 1 of the GDPR);
- request and obtain from the Controller – in cases where the legal basis for processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means – your personal data in a structured and machine-readable format, also for the purpose of communicating such data to another data controller (so-called right to data portability ex art. 20 of the GDPR);
- object at any time to the processing of your personal data in the presence of particular situations concerning you;
- withdraw consent at any time, limited to cases where the processing is based on your consent for one or more specific purposes and concerns common personal data (e.g., date and place of birth or place of residence), or possibly the particular categories of data mentioned above. Processing based on consent and carried out prior to its withdrawal retains its lawfulness;
- file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Data Protection Authority – www.garanteprivacy.it).

TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
This site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union area. In particular, with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) through social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Art. 45, para. 1 GDPR, so no further consent is required. The aforementioned companies guarantee their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions set out in Arts. 45 et seq. GDPR.
DATA SECURITY AND POSSIBLE RECIPIENT CATEGORIES
The data collected by this site will be processed using electronic archives (including portable devices), adopting all the methods strictly necessary to meet the purposes indicated above and in compliance with “Art. 32 of the GDPR and, as applicable, with” Annex B to the Privacy Code (Arts. 33-36) regarding security measures.
In particular, “access to your data will be granted only to authorized personnel (collaborators and/or employees of the Data Controller), who are required to follow specific instructions for processing previously provided by the Data Controller. For online files, we adopt security measures such as, for example, restricted access by credentials.”
In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, categories of individuals involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing personnel, legal advisors, system administrators) or external parties (such as third-party technical service providers, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, programmers, accountants) may have access to the data.
When such parties are data processors pursuant to “Art. 4 No. 8 of the GDPR, the Data Controller enters into a contract with them pursuant to” Art. 28 para. 3 of the GDPR, verifies their data processing methods, including compliance with the security standards required by the GDPR, and provides them with specific instructions on the aforementioned processing methods.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
The Data Controller reserves the right to make updates to this privacy policy. If substantial changes are made to the methods of processing personal data, you will be informed through clear and prominent notices on our web pages.
